– 1–2 tbsp lime juice
– 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

1. Cut avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash gently with a fork, leaving some texture.
3. Add tomato, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix gently and serve immediately.


Tasty guacamole
Avocado poached egg toast

Ingredients:
– 1 Mozo avocado
– 2 slices whole‑grain bread
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt, pepper, chili flakes

Instructions:
1. Toast the bread until golden.
2. Mash avocado with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread avocado on toast.
4. Poach eggs in simmering water for 3–4 minutes.
5. Place egg on toast and finish with chili flakes.

– 2 Mozo avocados
– 1 garlic clove
– ⅓ cup fresh basil
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Blend avocados, garlic, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss sauce with warm pasta, adding pasta water if needed.
4. Serve immediately.

Cucumber, tomato, and avocado salad

Ingredients:
– 2 Mozo avocados, cubed
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
– Juice of 1 lime
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Combine avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl.
2. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss gently and serve fresh.
