We only ship avocados that have passed our “perfect ripeness” test. When they arrive at your store, they will be ready for your plate!

Since our avocados are already ripe, we recommend eating them the day they arrive for the best flavor. However, if you want to save them for later, simply pop them in the fridge. The cold temperature acts as a “pause button,” keeping them perfectly ripe for an extra 2–3 days.

Supermarket avocados are often handled by many people and stored in unpredictable temperatures, leading to bruises and uneven ripening. At Mozo, we ripen our fruit in a precision-controlled environment. This approach ensures a smooth, buttery texture from the skin to the pit—with no surprises.
